About The Role

Vasion is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Web Designer to join our dynamic remote team based in the USA. In this role, you will shape the visual and user experience of our digital platforms by leading the design and development of engaging, user-friendly websites from concept to launch. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in web design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and industry-standard design tools
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Data fluency and ability to analyze user metrics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the SaaS or software industry is a plus
