About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be instrumental in building and managing internal systems that support our team’s growth and success. This role involves overseeing recruitment processes, managing HR documentation, fostering company culture, and supporting team development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that as the company scales, the right talent is hired, onboarded, and supported to perform at their best. Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting
- Proven experience managing hiring funnels and candidate screening
- Experience with payroll administration and employee documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supporting growing teams, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments
- Preferred: Experience with remote teams, health/wellness/coaching industries, and familiarity with HR platforms
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening candidates, and building talent pipelines
- Manage and optimize HR documentation, systems, and internal processes
- Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new hires
- Support leadership with team development initiatives and reinforce company culture and standards
- Maintain accurate payroll records, ensure payroll accuracy, and process payments on time
- Support ongoing HR operations, including employee documentation and internal communications
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and employee engagement
