About The Role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Head, this role is pivotal in scaling our team and supporting our global workforce. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational skills, a business partner mindset, and a passion for supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position based within the United States, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of HR generalist experience with hands-on involvement in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc., to automate workflows and improve processes
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Justworks, Deel), ATS systems (e.g., Workable), and performance management tools (e.g., Lattice)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven remote work experience with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct first-round interviews for operational roles as needed
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture, equipped with necessary tools, and set up for success from day one
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to deliver a best-in-class experience that balances local relevance with global consistency
- Assist in daily HR operations including benefits enrollment, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records within HRIS systems
- Leverage AI, automation, and system enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance employee experience
- Conduct audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with current labor laws and best practices
- Collaborate on performance review cycles and develop impactful training materials for manager development
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding policies and benefits
- Support company culture initiatives, organize events, and contribute to various HR projects to foster engagement and inclusivity
