About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team, supporting our organizational HR operations and enhancing the employee experience. This role involves acting as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace challenges, and coaching leadership to foster effective team management. The Human Resources Advisor will play a vital part in implementing leadership development initiatives, ensuring HR processes are streamlined and effective, and contributing to a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. This position offers flexibility with a potential for remote work, based in Hershey, PA, or available as a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including coaching, performance management, and project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze concerns and provide effective coaching and advice.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational support within HR functions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver employee relations support for assigned teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze workplace concerns, provide coaching, and offer expert guidance to functional leaders and employees.
  • Ensure HR processes are accurately reconciled, optimized, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to leadership development initiatives by supporting programs aimed at building high-performing, future-ready teams.
  • Partner closely with HR support teams and functional leaders to provide advisory support tailored to employee relations and leadership needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
