About the Role

As the HR Business Partner at Sangoma, you will combine IT recruiting with HR generalist functions. You will source top technical talent, manage full-cycle recruiting processes, and support employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance initiatives in a fast-paced remote work environment within the Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in technical recruiting and HR functions
  • Experience in a software or SaaS-based technology company
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
  • Ability to manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical roles
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP (preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage top technical talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
  • Manage recruiting process and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Create a positive candidate experience from application to offer
  • Support employee onboarding, relations, compliance, and record keeping
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports
  • Represent Sangoma at job fairs and networking events
  • Assist with training, development, and continuous HR improvement projects
