About the Role
The Executive Recruiter role is a strategic, hybrid position reporting directly to the Head of Executive Recruiting. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior executive roles including VP-level and specialized professional roles. Your mission is to implement innovative recruiting strategies, develop strong relationships with leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in executive search and senior-level recruitment
- Experienced in hiring VP-level and specialized executives
- 3+ years recruiting in the technology sector
- Proven track record closing senior candidates and negotiating complex offers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred experience in AI/ML or cloud technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract senior executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive clients and decision-makers.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Screen, prepare, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Represent Waymo externally to attract high-caliber leadership talent.
