About the Role

The Executive Assistant II will provide high-level support to the Founder & CEO. This role focuses on optimizing the CEO’s time via detailed calendar management, strategic communication and operational coordination. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the energy to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and documents for meetings.
  • Act as liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and personal contacts.
  • Support operational tasks including expense reports and travel reimbursements.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and special projects with the Chief of Staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage high-profile stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide occasional personal support tasks as needed.
  • Be flexible and available for urgent needs, particularly during travel periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years supporting C-suite executives with 5+ years for a Founder/CEO.
  • Proven experience in personal assistant roles handling professional and personal tasks.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense management tools and AI technologies.
