About the Role
The Executive Assistant II will provide high-level support to the Founder & CEO. This role focuses on optimizing the CEO’s time via detailed calendar management, strategic communication and operational coordination. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the energy to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and documents for meetings.
- Act as liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and personal contacts.
- Support operational tasks including expense reports and travel reimbursements.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and special projects with the Chief of Staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage high-profile stakeholder relationships.
- Provide occasional personal support tasks as needed.
- Be flexible and available for urgent needs, particularly during travel periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years supporting C-suite executives with 5+ years for a Founder/CEO.
- Proven experience in personal assistant roles handling professional and personal tasks.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- High level of discretion with sensitive information.
- Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense management tools and AI technologies.
