About The Role

The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) by managing complex schedules, coordinating global travel, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Reporting to the Executive Business Partner, this role is integral to facilitating high-level meetings, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Expensify
  • High emotional intelligence and responsiveness

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and complex scheduling
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements and expense processing
  • Handle high-priority communications across multiple channels
  • Drive operational excellence during meetings and corporate events
  • Represent executives professionally in various interactions
  • Support on-site activities at the San Francisco headquarters when needed
  • Travel up to 20% for off-sites and customer engagements
