About Wiraa

Wiraa is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Marketing. This role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and facilitating smooth communication across global offices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate calendar for the VP of Marketing.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate global calls, virtual meetings, and company events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, speeches, and news releases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for content creation and event support.
  • Proofread and edit executive-level documents with strict attention to detail.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum) with at least 5 years of executive support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership across multiple time zones.
  • Strong calendar management and logistical coordination skills.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and document preparation skills.
