About The Role

The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting senior executives or divisions by managing complex administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an administrative support role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, preparing, editing, and composing correspondence.
  • Maintaining and establishing reports or filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
  • Providing information and resolving issues where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and making arrangements for meetings and events.
  • Gathering data, typing, and consolidating reports for management review.
  • Completing special projects such as budgeting, variance reporting, or other assigned tasks.
  • Organizing or directing workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals.
