About The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Director of Marketing & Communications in executing strategic campaigns and content initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications who is passionate about storytelling, design, and writing. Responsibilities include maintaining website content, creating engaging graphics, and collaborating with external agencies to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) and B2B best practices
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with a curiosity for technology and marketing trends
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Support strategic marketing campaigns and content initiatives
• Collaborate with external agencies to drive brand positioning
• Create clear, engaging content across multiple platforms
• Manage and update website content to align with campaigns
• Create on-brand graphics for various media using design tools
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
• Maintain a content calendar for consistent storytelling
• Monitor industry trends for thought leadership opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across teams and platforms
