About The Digital Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling our marketing efforts, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring all initiatives align seamlessly with our overall business goals. As a people-first leader, you will cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Affiliate Management, to forge cohesive and impactful marketing strategies. Key Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of comprehensive experience in digital marketing.
  • At least 4+ years in a dedicated managerial or leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing digital marketing teams within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Profound expertise in paid digital channels, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and advanced marketing automation techniques.
  • Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets, overseeing marketing operations, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical, actionable strategies.
  • Superior communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating diverse teams towards common goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and foster the professional development of the Digital Marketing team, ensuring their efforts are aligned with overarching business objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies that effectively support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals for Wiraa.
  • Oversee the meticulous planning, seamless execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and various social platforms.
  • Manage and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns, from initial lead capture through to product adoption, ensuring messaging is consistently timely and highly relevant.
  • Establish and diligently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as trial conversions, customer retention rates, and overall campaign ROI to measure success.
  • Analyze campaign performance data thoroughly, generate insightful reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with product development, sales objectives, and customer success strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources with utmost efficiency, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve maximum impact and return.
  • Report regularly and comprehensively to executive leadership on marketing performance, key insights derived, and strategic recommendations for future growth.
