About The Role

Arkos Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about digital marketing and possesses a strong understanding of healthcare audiences. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading digital campaigns, enhancing our digital platforms, and creating meaningful connections within a multi-market digital ecosystem that is increasingly automated and data-driven. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, you will manage and evolve Arkos Health’s digital ecosystem, including HubSpot, marketing automation workflows, templates, and reporting structures. Your role will involve translating strategic vision into actionable digital experiences that are member-first, seamless, and effective. You will be pivotal in building and optimizing digital assets, managing paid media campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, with a keen ability to analyze data and turn insights into impactful marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (required)
  • Experience managing or developing websites, digital platforms, landing pages, or social media microsites
  • Proven success in creating multi-channel campaigns and automated customer journeys
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital analytics and apply insights across various platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across email, web, social media, SEO, and paid advertising channels
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative, operational, and local teams to ensure campaign resonance and effectiveness across all channels
  • Create scalable digital assets, templates, and components for reuse across multiple states and partnerships
  • Oversee the Arkos Health website, maintaining current, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized content that reflects our brand voice
  • Design dashboards and monitoring tools to track funnel progression, drop-off points, and regional performance metrics
  • Implement dynamic digital pathways based on eligibility, engagement, and data insights using branching logic and triggers
  • Lead efforts to enhance existing digital platforms and develop new microsites, landing pages, or engagement tools
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud to monitor performance and optimize ROI
  • Act as the digital marketing liaison for local markets, supporting regional stories, events, and outreach campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency while allowing for market-specific relevance and customization
  • Support co-branded and partner-specific digital content initiatives to strengthen collaborations
