About The Role
We are seeking a Home-Based Data Entry and Typing Operations Associate to join our team. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Input transactional data such as purchase orders, shipping manifests, and billing logs into the central database
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing source documents and performing quality checks
- Convert audio recordings (interviews, lectures, focus groups) into accurate written transcripts following style guidelines
- Edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and formatting before final delivery
- Facilitate client onboarding sessions via video or chat to understand project scope, formatting rules, and deadlines
- Document client preferences within our CRM system to ensure consistency across projects
- Manage workflows using project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Monday.com, including task assignment and milestone tracking
- Perform second-level reviews of spreadsheets and transcripts, aiming for at least 98-99% accuracy
- Identify recurring errors or client feedback, then communicate insights to improve team processes
- Generate weekly status reports summarizing completed tasks, upcoming deadlines, and potential issues
- Coordinate brief check-in meetings with clients post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create training materials such as videos or slide decks for onboarding or cross-training
