About The Role
We are seeking a curious and motivated Data Analyst, Product to join our growing Product team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to develop strong data analysis fundamentals and make meaningful contributions through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to understand user behavior, measure key performance indicators, and support strategic decision-making processes.
The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards and reports, and creating customer-facing outputs that drive value. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with critical thinking skills, a passion for automating workflows, and a desire to improve processes continuously. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence product development and business strategies in a fast-growing AI company.
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a data-focused role
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Math, or a related field (with coursework in data analysis/statistics)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Understanding of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, correlation analysis, and significance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Creative mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Competence in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with BI tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards for internal and external reporting purposes
- Support cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing through data analysis and effective presentation of insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define relevant metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
- Track and analyze key product metrics such as retention, cohort analysis, funnels, and feature adoption
- Present insights in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity by conducting quality checks, maintaining documentation, and managing data governance practices
- Proactively seek opportunities to automate workflows and enhance existing processes
- Apply a curious and experimental approach to root cause analysis and testing new solutions
