About the Data Analyst II Role

The Data Analyst II will join the Data Analytics team to extract, analyze, and visualize complex data sets supporting Merchandising and Planning. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and senior leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute complex SQL queries from Snowflake and other platforms.
  • Manage Tableau dashboards, data modeling, report automation, and visualization standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Innovate scalable, automated data processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of quantitative analytics experience.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, and similar BI tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Merchandising & Planning data and understanding ecommerce/fashion retail is a plus.
