About The Remote Customer Support Specialist Role

Qualifications

  • Some experience in customer support or as a client service representative (preferred)
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent in the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Reliable 40-hour work week availability
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Background check clearance
