About The Role
Wiraa is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to work full-time in a remote capacity within the United States. In this role, you will deliver superior customer service by handling calls related to Manulife/John Hancock's Brokerage Services and Managed Product lines. The role involves addressing inquiries from simple product questions to complex transaction issues, ensuring first-call resolution and building customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver trusted and professional service to clients and advisors.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective resolution.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or high school diploma.
- Experience in customer service or financial services (preferred).
- Outstanding verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
