About The Role: Business Immigration Analyst

The Business Immigration Analyst role at Fragomen offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on global immigration solutions. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting immigration casework, preparing and filing petitions, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and foreign nationals. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and other computer systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Learn about various immigration matters, case types, and client processes to build relevant knowledge
  • Assist in case preparation, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing petitions with government agencies
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt updates on case status or inquiries
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Compile and analyze large data sets within case management systems for reporting purposes
  • Contribute to team and individual productivity goals by demonstrating flexibility and initiative
  • Follow firm policies and standards to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed
