About The Role

The Business Analyst – Consultant I will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of an AI-enabled solution aimed at optimizing the Non-Conformance (NC) process. This position involves translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders including business, quality, and IT teams. The Business Analyst will facilitate process analysis, mapping current and future workflows, and support the development of scalable backbone capabilities essential for current and future AI applications. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements for AI-driven workflows, creating user stories and functional specifications, and supporting change management initiatives. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive clarity, alignment, and effective collaboration across multiple teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, enterprise environments
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or advanced digital programs
• Strong process mapping skills with the ability to translate workflows into clear requirements
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and build cross-functional alignment
• Strong discipline in documentation, including requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and decision logs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality management, non-conformance, supply chain, or regulated operations
• Prior involvement in digital transformation or AI solution delivery projects
• Experience collaborating with change management teams
• Familiarity with enterprise systems integration and platform configuration
• Experience working with or coordinating multiple consulting partners

Responsibilities

• Gather and meticulously document business requirements for AI-enabled non-conformance workflows
• Conduct detailed process analysis and map current versus future state processes
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Support the creation of baseline metrics, value measures, and benefits frameworks for justification of corrective actions
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Drive clarity and alignment across Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project success
• Support change management initiatives by articulating process impacts and user considerations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability of all requirements and decisions
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration and platform configuration efforts
