About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Analyst - CCaaS Cloud Solutions to join our dynamic team. This remote role bridges the gap between IT and business units by leveraging data analytics to assess processes, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights specifically for contact center systems.
- Analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Design, develop, and test contact center solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and support functions
- Support user acceptance testing and system implementations
- Work with Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields and 4+ years of experience. Key qualifications include:
- Understanding of public and private cloud CCaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and UCaaS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagramming tools like Lucid or Visio
- Familiarity with contact center technologies: ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, and more
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect is desirable
- Ability to gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
Responsibilities include supporting design/modifications of systems, creating documentation, facilitating communication among teams, and supporting strategic initiatives and UAT activities.
