About The Role: AI Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for Multi-Agent Systems (MAS). This role is pivotal in driving innovation within enterprise AI applications by building intelligent agents, integrating them into distributed environments, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions. The AI Product Manager will spearhead discovery initiatives through stakeholder interviews and current-state mapping, identify high-value MAS opportunities, and translate these insights into comprehensive product artifacts such as problem statements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Managing the entire lifecycle from PoC to MVP and production, defining MAS system architecture, and leveraging platform resources are key responsibilities. The role also involves running agile ceremonies, managing timelines, ensuring data security and quality, embedding responsible AI practices, and measuring the impact of deployed solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in MAS initiatives, and a proven track record in creating and implementing AI products, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) initiatives and AI product development
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in design processes
• Experience in creating and deploying data-driven and AI-powered products
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews and current-state process mapping (SIPOC, Swimlane, BPMN), to identify opportunities for MAS integration
• Conduct bottleneck and root-cause analysis to surface high-value MAS opportunities
• Translate insights into clear problem statements, product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs)
• Own the product lifecycle from PoC to MVP and production deployment, maintaining and prioritizing the development backlog
• Define MAS system architecture, specifying multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and integration points aligned with platform standards
• Partner with platform/Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to leverage models, frameworks, and reusable components; contribute to process maps, playbooks, and templates
• Manage agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams (data, ML, security, application), and remove delivery blockers to ensure timely execution
• Lead readiness and adoption efforts, including UAT strategy, change management, and rollout planning to achieve measurable outcomes
• Coordinate with data owners to ensure trusted data access, quality, lineage, and system integration (CRM, ERP, MDM)
• Embed responsible AI principles by enforcing safety, privacy, fairness, and auditability in line with governance standards
• Track and communicate key metrics such as cycle-time, accuracy, data quality, adoption, and cost-to-serve; iterate continuously based on feedback
• Serve as a single-threaded owner responsible for reporting project status, risks, and decisions to sponsors and technical leadership
