About The AI-Content Creator & Social Media Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI-Native Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of Unicorn Hunters and Unicoin across multiple platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute high-impact, AI-driven social media strategies that enhance global visibility, engagement, and demand. You will manage the entire content lifecycle—from ideation and creation to optimization and performance analysis—using advanced AI tools to generate compelling stories, visuals, and videos. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and design, contributing to a rapidly growing ecosystem with a global reach. The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller with a keen eye for design, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation in digital content creation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, especially vertical video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
• Deep familiarity with AI tools for ideation, editing, trend analysis, and content repurposing
• Strong proficiency in CapCut and Canva for video editing and graphic design
• Excellent storytelling skills with a good sense of visual aesthetics and design sensibility
• Understanding of platform-specific performance metrics and content optimization strategies
• Result-oriented mindset focused on growth, engagement, and impact
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Bilingual skills preferred (English required; Spanish a strong plus)
• Experience in collaborating with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling content

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Create high-quality short-form video content tailored for various platforms, ensuring relevance and trend alignment
• Edit and optimize vertical videos using CapCut, maintaining a fast turnaround and on-trend style
• Design social assets, carousels, and visual content using Canva to support campaign goals
• Leverage AI tools to identify emerging trends, generate content ideas, and script compelling narratives
• Repurpose existing content efficiently across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact
• Enhance content hooks, pacing, captions, and calls-to-action to improve performance
• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to translate strategic ideas into engaging stories
• Adapt content for diverse audiences while preserving a cohesive brand aesthetic
• Monitor and analyze content performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate quickly based on insights
