About The Role: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to supporting our office and field colleagues by providing efficient administrative assistance. Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of office management or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial tasks (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets (preferred)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to colleagues in both office and field settings
  • Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips and events
  • Assist with organizing company events and special projects as assigned
  • Support accounting and bookkeeping activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain organized job files
  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as requested to support team objectives
