About The Role

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by performing a wide range of administrative tasks including managing communication, coordinating schedules, handling confidential information, and assisting with various projects to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Manage incoming mail and coordinate document routing.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendars for meetings, events, and travel.
  • Organize document storage and prepare presentations, memos, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in basic accounting functions including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Support additional projects and comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
