Role Purpose

The purpose of the Developer L4 role at Wipro is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client sites, ensuring 100% quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Design: Understand product requirements, design software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigate problem areas and collaborate with functional teams, system analysts, and project managers.

Coding & Development: Develop software solutions following the software development lifecycle. Write, test, and modify code to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, and improve performance. Document and maintain clear code and technical specifications.

Testing & Automation: Automate validation processes by designing test cases and executing them. Ensure code is error free, and prepare comprehensive reports on project specifications and testing results.

Status Reporting & Customer Focus: Capture requirements and feedback, ensuring timely project delivery and excellent customer interaction. Prepare MIS reports and keep continuous communication with customers.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in ongoing training and education, learn new programming languages, and adopt best practices to optimize system performance.
