Role Purpose

The Developer L2 role at Wipro is responsible for designing, testing and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at a client end. The role ensures 100% quality assurance before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand requirements and design of product/software.
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Analyze client requirements and convert them to feasible design.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and project managers.
  • Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
  • Develop and automate testing processes including setting up test cases and scenarios.
  • Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and MIS.
  • Maintain continuous integration, deployment and monitoring ensuring error-free implementation.
  • Ensure excellent customer interaction and timely feedback on project progress.

Performance & Reporting

The role emphasizes delivering 100% error-free onboarding, on-time delivery, comprehensive reporting, and continuous monitoring. It involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and constant performance improvement.

Experience & Growth
