Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Project Reviewer

Position Overview

The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Project Reviewer role at Winrock International is a technical position within the Environmental Resources Trust (ERT) – ACR. Depending on experience, the title may be Technical Officer or Technical Manager for Industrial Programs. You will support technical reviews, project record keeping, and audits, while ensuring compliance with ACR, CARB, and Ecology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex GHG project reviews accurately and independently.
• Provide technical support to external stakeholders on project implementation.
• Develop and maintain systems for project recordkeeping and regulatory tracking.
• Attend site visits and conduct audits.
• Support technical team objectives, including methodology development and policy analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor's or advanced degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields is required. Experience in GHG emissions/carbon accounting, verification, and auditing is essential. Proficiency in SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Office is expected along with strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
