The Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant role at Winning Assistants LLC supports a busy primary care clinic. The position focuses on managing a high volume of patient calls, scheduling, and administrative support while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phone & Patient Communication: Answer inbound/outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments through Office Ally, conduct patient recalls, and address inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Scan and upload paper-based medical records using the EFA system, maintain accurate EMR records, and provide general administrative assistance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Prior healthcare experience, preferably in primary care
  • Familiarity with Office Ally or similar EMR system
