Freelance German AI Text & Prompt Designer
Are you skilled in writing precise German texts, capable of explaining complex content clearly, and enjoy analytical work? Winkler & Company is seeking German native speakers with excellent writing skills for an international research project with a leading AI lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of modern language models.
You will develop structured Prompt-Answer pairs (Prompt – “Golden Answer”) in German and English, which will be used to improve and evaluate modern AI systems. This activity is particularly well-suited for individuals who combine linguistic precision, analytical thinking, and an interest in AI technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Develop structured prompts in German and/or English, formulate realistic scenarios for German-speaking users, and create clear task descriptions with specific requirements.
- Definition of Quality Criteria: Develop evaluation standards for AI responses, considering language style, cultural specificities, and content accuracy. Create structured evaluation guidelines.
- Testing and Evaluation of AI Responses: Conduct model tests and evaluate responses regarding quality, comprehensibility, and cultural appropriateness.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in review and QA processes, ensuring consistent evaluation standards for German-language content.
Your Profile
- Native-level German (written).
- Very good English skills (reading & writing).
- Completed or ongoing university degree (Bachelor or higher).
- Excellent writing skills and analytical thinking.
- Independent work style and reliable adherence to deadlines.
- Good familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
