About the Role

The Partner Operations Manager role at Wing is responsible for day-to-day support operations for our drone delivery service in the DFW area. You will onboard global partners, manage support operations, and drive process improvements to scale the service to millions.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard global partners and provide daily troubleshooting and support.
  • Build out tooling and processes to triage issues.
  • Launch and support Wing pilot programs with product teams.
  • Maintain and update Wing’s product catalogs.
  • Train and lead the Customer Support team and contingent workforce.
  • Develop and implement customer service support logic and best practices.
  • Monitor and enhance customer and partner NPS and support metrics.
  • Analyze support data and work cross-functionally for improvements.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of scaling support operations.
  • 3+ years of managing large teams and contractors.
  • Experience building support infrastructure and using CRM systems.
  • Proven track record with external relationships with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Startup and hyper-growth company experience preferred.
  • Passion for aviation, tech, and innovation in last-mile delivery.
