About The Role

Wing is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the Flight Operations team. This remote (US) role is responsible for creating engaging, learner-centered experiences for Wing and its partners. The position involves applying instructional design principles, learning science, and creativity to develop training solutions, while collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and multimedia teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish guidelines and processes for Flight Operations instructional design.
  • Develop and manage project and program plans including scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Create learning solutions such as eLearning, simulations, and work aids.
  • Lead learning projects from inception to deployment and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support quality assurance and manage learner records and compliance documentation.
  • Champion innovative learning solutions within Wing.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6+ years as a Learning Experience Designer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
  • Experience creating training content in regulated industries.
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in learning experience design.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Experience with LMS administration.
  • Ability to travel domestically 2-3 times per year.
