About The Role

The Head of Global Policy at Wing will join the Government & Aviation Affairs team to lead global policy development and thought leadership. This executive-level role, based remotely in the US or in a hybrid setup from Washington, D.C. or Arlington, VA, reports to the Director of Global Policy, Government & Community Affairs. The role focuses on creating foundational policy frameworks that enable scalable, safe, and autonomous drone delivery globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global policy strategy.
• Lead and mentor a global team of policy professionals.
• Represent Wing in global forums and national regulatory bodies.
• Produce authoritative policy documents and white papers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical roadmaps with policy goals.

What You’ll Need

• 15+ years of relevant experience in global public policy.
• 7+ years of experience managing high-performing, global teams.
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in global aviation policy and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong network with regulators and academics.
