Job Description

About Wing Assistant

Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 AI, a company backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, dedicated to building agentic AI for SMB's globally. This role offers the agility of a fast-moving startup combined with the stability of a corporate environment and zero bureaucracy. If you are driven by challenge and eager to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role, this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for a Product Manager Onboarding to work directly with our CPO, shaping innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving, hands-on startup environment.

Who We Want

  • A hands-on, meticulous Product Manager who quickly becomes a "Central Power User".
  • Someone who owns UX end-to-end.
  • Identifies gaps through product deep-dives and data analysis.
  • Ships simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review.

Core Mission for the Product Manager Onboarding

  • Become the "Central expert" in record time, owning the product experience end-to-end.
  • Transform messy complexity into a clean, simple, integrated user experience across all modules.
  • Leverage proven experience optimizing onboardings and driving higher conversion with lower drop-offs.

Hands-On Scope

  • Own roadmap and feature definition, demonstrating strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design.
  • Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features.
  • Map the full product surface area: from dashboard to every feature, understanding how it connects across modules.
  • Translate product understanding into effective onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.

How You Operate

  • Extremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternatives.
  • Obsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modules.
  • Cross-references specifications versus staging versus production states to catch gaps and regressions.
  • Extremely Data-driven + customer-centric: Uses usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize what matters.
  • Action-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that works.

Quality Bar

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, leaving no stone unturned.
  • Strong judgment on what’s important versus noise, protecting UX simplicity.
  • Produces PRDs/tickets/prototypes/designs that are close to “comprehensive perfection” with minimal review needed.

Collaboration Expectations

  • Focuses on product thinking, UX quality, and feature direction.
  • Comfortable partnering with design and engineering, but capable of driving UX independently when needed.

Our Hiring Process

  • Introductory Call (15 min) - Explore our culture, product vision, and expectations.
  • Technical Task (60-90 mins).
  • Interview with our team.
  • Interview our CEO & CPO.

What You Get

  • Remote-first culture, work from anywhere.
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Software for Upskilling & Productivity.
  • Paid Time Off and Health Insurance.
  • Tech Setup: Budget for tech set up provided after 10 months of employment.
  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy, fast-track to leadership for high performers.
  • Direct access to founding team, high visibility, autonomy, and ownership.
  • Optional in-person hack-weeks in Hong Kong, India, or London.
  • Access to best-in-class tooling.
  • US HQ Opportunities: Top performers may explore international roles within our US-based headquarters, including potential emigration opportunities, subject to availability and company needs, and after at least 2 years of employment.

Please note: Immediate joiners are preferred, but everyone will be considered.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.
