About Wing Assistant
Wing is seeking elite talent for M32 AI, backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, to build agentic AI products for SMBs globally. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CPO in a startup environment and make a significant impact through rapid iteration and scalable systems.
Role Overview - Product Manager AI
This position blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support. The role involves shaping product roadmaps, working on user stories, and collaborating with engineering, design, and other product managers in fast-paced sprints.
You Will Own
- Shape product roadmaps and prioritize features for market validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and PMs for rapid prototypes.
- Create screencasts and product videos to drive adoption.
- Develop product marketing materials including messaging and demos.
- Collect user feedback, run market research, and refine backlogs.
- Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks.
- Shadow customer interactions and align priorities with executives.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
- Experience with 0 to 1 product launches.
- Proven track record in onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems.
- Interest or experience in UI/UX, AI, and software engineering.
