Account Executive APAC

Windsor.ai is seeking a high-performing, autonomous Account Executive to lead our expansion in the Asia Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire in APAC for a fast-growing SaaS company with a proven product and a global customer base of over 6,000. If you understand SaaS, data, and are driven to close deals without constant supervision, this role is for you.

At Windsor.ai, we are a lean, hyper-efficient team serving over 6,000 customers globally. We specialize in connecting data from 300+ sources to over 30 destinations, enabling businesses to gain insights from their marketing and sales data. We are looking for a strategic operator to own the Asia Pacific market, bringing the upside of a new territory with the stability of a proven product.

The Role: Technical Seller

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a "Technical Seller" who not only excels at closing deals but also possesses a deep understanding of data and the SaaS landscape. Ideally, you have experience building dashboards and understand the challenges of data integration from platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics. You will speak the language of our customers and provide solutions, not just software.

Your Typical Day

  • Inbound Conversion: Convert high-intent inbound demo requests into paid users.
  • Problem Solving: Dive deep to help clients fix issues and provide solutions.
  • Client Success: Own the client relationship beyond the initial close, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work remotely and directly with the Founder, Engineering, and Support teams.

Who You Are

Non-Negotiables:

  • Proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, understanding key client metrics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI, with an understanding of effective dashboard design.
  • A "fixer" mentality – proactive in solving client problems.

Bonus Points:

  • SQL knowledge is a plus for working with BigQuery/Snowflake.
