Role Overview
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at UR, you will operate at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue. You will shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for UR’s core products including accounts, cards, on/off-ramps, and stablecoin flows, turning complex infrastructure into clear, compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Market Action Plan - GTM & Adoption: Own end-to-end GTM strategy, translate product roadmaps into campaign narratives, partner with cross-functional teams, and build scalable GTM playbooks.
- Commercial & BD Enablement: Develop enablement assets such as pitch decks and demo scripts, and run enablement sessions to refine product positioning.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own UR’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging pillars across diverse regions and user types.
- Customer Advocacy & Insights: Conduct customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and analyze usage data to refine strategies and gather authentic testimonials.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on fintech, neobanking, and crypto trends to maintain competitive frameworks and clearly articulate UR’s wins.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or stablecoin-based products.
- Proven GTM ownership for complex, infrastructure-heavy products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, BD, and Ops teams.
- Deep customer empathy with a knack for translating insights into strategy.
- Structured thinker with bias for execution.
