Job Description

About UR (Windranger Labs)

UR is a borderless smart money app designed to simplify spending and off-ramping digital assets. Serving both crypto natives and the crypto curious, UR streamlines the transition between digital assets and fiat currencies. As a self-custodial, fast, and intuitive platform, UR transforms complex crypto workflows into a seamless everyday experience.

Windranger Labs is building a global, on-chain banking network, encompassing cards, accounts, stablecoin rails, and real-world usage for the underbanked and global-first users. This Product Marketing Manager role is crucial for translating complex infrastructure into clear value and driving widespread adoption.

The Product Marketing Manager will operate at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue, defining how UR's borderless banking and crypto-fiat payment products are brought to market. This role involves owning strategy and execution, collaborating closely with Product, BD, and Operations teams to significantly enhance the launch, positioning, and scaling of UR.

Key Responsibilities

Product Market Action Plan - GTM & Adoption
  • Own end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for UR’s core products, including accounts, cards, on/off-ramps, stablecoin flows, and regional launches.
  • Translate product roadmaps into compelling campaign narratives, clear goals, and actionable execution plans.
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Business Development (BD), and Operations to ensure alignment on launch readiness, sequencing, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking launch calendar to ensure cross-functional clarity and coordination.
  • Track launch performance, including adoption, activation, usage, and funnel conversion, and integrate these insights back into product development and growth strategies.
  • Create scalable GTM playbooks to support product lifecycle marketing as UR expands across diverse regions and use cases.
Commercial & BD Enablement
  • Develop high-impact enablement assets for BD, partnerships, and growth teams, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, objection handling guides, and use-case briefs.
  • Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging across all commercial touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular enablement sessions to enhance pitch quality, product fluency, and team confidence.
  • Gather feedback from BD and partners to continuously refine messaging and sales materials.
Positioning & Messaging
  • Own UR’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging pillars, deeply rooted in authentic user needs.
  • Segment messaging effectively across various dimensions: Regions (e.g., SEA, LATAM, Africa), User types (e.g., freelancers, creators, merchants, crypto-native users), and Use cases (e.g., payments, savings, remittance, daily spend).
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to ensure UR’s narrative remains consistent, credible, and distinct in the market.
  • Support the creation of external-facing content, including website messaging, launch pages, product demos, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Advocacy & Insights
  • Conduct regular customer interviews, perform win/loss reviews, and analyze usage data to gather insights.
  • Translate these insights into sharper positioning, more effective GTM strategies, and valuable product feedback loops.
  • Identify compelling proof points and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics to develop testimonials, case studies, and partner success stories.
  • Work with Customer Operations and Growth to source reference customers and real usage data.
  • Act as a strong customer advocate in product planning and prioritization discussions.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends across fintech, neobanking, payments, stablecoins, and Web3 technologies.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive competitive frameworks to inform product positioning and Business Development strategy.
  • Clearly articulate UR’s competitive advantages – demonstrating why UR wins in practical, real-world scenarios.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on product-market fit, providing strategic advice to leadership, product managers, and GTM teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or stablecoin-based products.
  • Proven Go-To-Market (GTM) ownership for complex, infrastructure-heavy products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, sharp, and well-reasoned.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with Product, Growth, BD, and Operations teams.
  • Deep customer empathy, with hands-on experience translating customer insights into actionable strategy.
  • Strong market awareness across both Web2 fintech and Web3 rails.
  • Structured thinker with a strong bias for execution – you ship, iterate, and continuously improve.

What Success Looks Like

  • Improved adoption: product launches consistently lead to genuine usage, not just announcements.
  • Faster BD closures: clearer narratives and stronger confidence lead to fewer "what does UR actually do?" questions.
  • Sticky messaging: internal teams consistently use unified language, and customers easily understand it.
  • Compounding customer proof: a growing library of testimonials and case studies linked to tangible outcomes.
  • "Boring" launches: predictable, well-aligned, and execution-tight processes.
