What You’ll Do
As a Data Analyst at Windranger Labs, you will collaborate closely with on-chain teams to transform complex blockchain data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions. You will take the lead on analytics for key campaigns, including airdrops and staking programs, managing everything from eligibility tracking and reward calculation to comprehensive performance measurement.
A significant part of your role will involve building insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like Dune and Tableau to monitor crucial metrics such as Total Value Locked (TVL), wallet activity, and gas usage. This role demands thriving in a fast-moving environment where quick execution and responsiveness are paramount.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- A curious, self-driven individual comfortable with quickly acquiring new tools, languages, or models.
- Solid experience with Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) and at least one other platform like Nansen or DefiLlama.
- A strong understanding of how blockchains function, particularly EVM-based chains such as Ethereum, Polygon, or BNB Chain, covering aspects from consensus mechanisms to transactions and smart contracts.
Nice-to-haves:
- Ability to decode raw transaction data (e.g., Ethereum transaction fields).
- Programming skills in Python or a similar language.
