About The Opportunity

The Junior Web Developer Designer will join a growing remote team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing B2B websites and digital experiences that deliver exceptional user experience and performance. You will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to translate Figma designs and visual assets into production-ready WordPress pages using the Gutenberg block editor, alongside applying front-end styling with HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate approved Figma designs into responsive web pages.
  • Apply CSS styling, spacing, and typography according to brand standards.
  • Build, edit, and update pages with the Gutenberg editor.
  • Implement features using HTML, JavaScript, and SASS.
  • Perform light back-end adjustments including plugin configuration and minor PHP edits.
  • Conduct QA to ensure visual and functional accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to meet deadlines.

Your Skills and Background

You should have 2–3 years of professional experience in web design and/or development, including 1–2 years working with WordPress (Gutenberg experience required). Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and basic PHP is expected, along with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely in an agency environment.
