This is a short-term engagement focused on enhancing a live, cloud-connected WebXR and browser-based application that integrates real-time speech-to-text and backend data storage.

The primary objective is to review the existing architecture, optimize performance and reliability, validate integrations, and meticulously document system dependencies to ensure long-term operational sustainability.

Senior Full-Stack VR Platform Lead

Rate: $100-140 p/h

Role Description

The Senior Full-Stack VR Platform Lead will provide architectural oversight and technical validation across frontend, backend, and cloud integrations. This ensures system clarity, documentation completeness, and operational sustainability for the WebXR application.

Core Focus

• Review and validate Node.js / Express backend architecture.
• Confirm API structure, including login, conversation storage, and results retrieval.
• Validate authentication and token handling mechanisms.
• Assess database schema and overall data flow within the system.
• Review WebSocket streaming reliability for real-time interactions.
• Evaluate Google Cloud STT integration setup.
• Document all critical system dependencies and operational requirements.

WebXR / Three.js Developer

Rate: $100-150 p/h

Role Description

This role focuses on ensuring performance stability and clean integration of 3D animation systems within both WebXR and standard browser environments.

Core Focus

• Maintain and optimize Three.js scene logic.
• Validate animation mixers, morph targets, and GLB integration.
• Ensure smooth scene transitions and consistent state flow.
• Optimize performance specifically for Meta Quest devices.
• Troubleshoot WebXR session handling and controller input issues.
• Validate compatibility across Chrome and Meta Quest environments.

NLP Engineer

Rate: $120-160 p/h

Role Description

The NLP Engineer will review and validate the real-time speech classification pipeline, which currently integrates Google Cloud STT with SBERT-based semantic similarity scoring. A key focus is optimizing the current SBERT similarity model and threshold logic.

• Validate the embedding generation workflow.
