Commercial Sales Manager - Wind River Environmental
Lead a high-performing commercial sales team in the liquid waste disposal industry. This role involves overseeing a team of 8-10 Commercial Sales Representatives across the Mid-Atlantic/Mid-South Regions, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 8-10 sales representatives.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting new customers and growing existing accounts including various sectors such as restaurants, office complexes, healthcare facilities, and municipalities.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics using CRM tools like Salesforce, report sales trends, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience in septic, grease, or wastewater industries is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Strategic thinker with expertise in market data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Additional Information
This position is flexible for location within the greater Philadelphia metro area. In addition to the competitive bonus and car allowance, the base pay range is estimated at $90k - $120k annually. Final compensation is determined by work location, education, experience, and skills.
