Role Overview: Customer Service Administrator

In this role, you will manage the full customer journey from creating quotations and processing orders to scheduling service engineers and managing paperwork. You will ensure that delivery commitments are met and provide exceptional service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Operational Activities

  • Provide high-level customer service and respond professionally to enquiries.
  • Create quotations and process sales orders.
  • Schedule service engineers and manage all related paperwork.
  • Produce and circulate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage the order book and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support across business activities.
  • Adapt work hours and tasks to meet customer service needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Experience with a database or ERP system; Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer enquiries.
