About the role
About the Role
As the Head of Media, you will define and lead a high-impact global media strategy (online & offline) for our key markets: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Portugal. You will be the architect of a high-performing, digital-first media mix, while also leveraging traditional channels to maximize brand awareness and investment efficiency.
Job Description
Your role will be to structure a high-performing media mix with a central focus on digital, while enhancing the effectiveness of traditional channels such as TV, radio, and outdoor advertising. Working directly with the Head of Growth, you will orchestrate the media vision across multiple international markets.
Media Strategy & Vision
- Define the global media vision aligned with our international business objectives.
- Lead budget allocation and investment distribution across various channels.
- Ensure consistency in our messaging across all touchpoints.
Media Mix Management (360°)
- Digital (Core of the mix): Lead branding strategies on YouTube, Meta, programmatic, and video, while continuously optimizing performance (tests, creatives, audiences).
- Offline: Oversee TV (linear, BVOD, CTV), radio, and OOH campaigns, and conduct negotiations with media sales houses.
- Operations & Partnerships: Design and negotiate innovative initiatives (sponsorships, special operations) with strategic partners (RMC, Skyrock, etc.).
Performance & Innovation
- Define and track brand KPIs (awareness, reach, ad attention) in close collaboration with the Data and Acquisition teams.
- Maintain constant market watch to test new formats and anticipate market evolution.
Desired Profile
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of media experience, ideally with a background in a media agency or as a client-side advertiser.
- Expertise: Perfect mastery of the digital ecosystem (Social, Video, Programmatic) and a solid understanding of offline channels, particularly TV.
- Leadership: Influencing skills, strategic thinking, and operational rigor to manage significant budgets in a competitive environment.
- Data Culture: Strong analytical skills to manage the performance of your investments.
Job Conditions
- Position available as a permanent, full-time contract (35h/week) exclusively.
- 4-day work week.
- Work location: Central Paris.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Compensation based on profile.
