About the Role
The Client Success & Operations Coordinator position at WIN Home Inspection is a 100% remote role (Chicago area preferred) focused on creating great experiences for franchise owners. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, coordinate solutions, and collaborate with internal teams including marketing, training, and operations.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for franchise owners.
- Coordinate requests with internal marketing, training, and operations teams.
- Provide responsive, empathetic support and follow-through on client needs.
- Contribute to projects such as training programs, marketing reviews, and process improvements.
- Deepen your knowledge of systems and processes to provide direct guidance over time.
