Willow Digital Marketing is seeking a relationship-driven Growth Marketing Manager to support agency growth through strategic partnerships and client referrals. This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based commission.
Responsibilities
- Identify and refer potential clients aligned with services.
- Build and maintain industry relationships in med spa, wellness, beauty, and service sectors.
- Facilitate warm introductions and initial connections.
- Support business development via professional networking and outreach.
Compensation & Structure
Earn 15% recurring commission on monthly service fees from referred clients and one-time commission on qualifying services (advertising budgets excluded). Unlimited earning potential.
This role is independent contractor (1099), fully remote with a flexible schedule and no mandatory quotas.
