About the Role
The Assistant Manager, OMNI Operations at Williams-Sonoma is responsible for driving incremental sales and ensuring profitability through effective in-store order fulfillment via Omni channels. This role supports the management team to achieve service and sales goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach and a People-First culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer fulfillment across all channels including order pickup, outgoing shipment, and home delivery.
- Manage shipping lanes and optimize stockroom organization for effective replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits and daily reconciliations to reduce shrink and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Champion safety best practices and ensure all safety binder requirements are met.
- Foster a positive work environment in line with the People-First Philosophy.
Criteria
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Strong critical thinking and time management abilities.
- 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience; Omni channel fulfillment experience is a plus.
Physical and Availability Requirements
The role requires mobility on the sales floor, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and open availability. Part-Time associates must meet specific weekday and weekend scheduling requirements during peak seasons.
