Your New Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and confident Administration Assistant to support our Corporate Finance team. This part-time role (three days per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, varied environment.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Provide high level administration support including drafting and finalising client correspondence, engagement letters, and tenders.
  • Conduct conflict checks and set up new clients ensuring up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Manage the monthly billing process from preparation through to finalising and sending invoices.
  • Oversee the Partner’s diary and coordinate internal and external meetings, including training sessions.
  • Undertake basic research tasks including ASIC searches and market intelligence using Google, Copilot, and ChatGPT.
  • Create standout PowerPoint presentations that highlight the team’s expertise and business value.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

We value a positive, client-focused outlook with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience or interest in learning Canva, and previous exposure to a Corporate Finance or professional services environment, is advantageous.
