Your New Opportunity

The role is for a proactive and confident Administration Assistant to support the Corporate Finance team. This part-time position (three days per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administration support to the Partner and team.
  • Draft, review, and finalize client correspondence, engagement letters, and tenders.
  • Perform conflict checks and set up new clients accurately.
  • Manage monthly billing processes and send invoices to clients on time.
  • Oversee the Partner’s diary, coordinating meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct research tasks including ASIC searches and market intel using online tools.
  • Create standout PowerPoint presentations to showcase team expertise.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience or interest in learning Canva and previous exposure to a Corporate Finance or professional services environment is advantageous.
