As an Associate II Client Relations, you will support William Blair clients and Wealth Advisors by ensuring accurate client documentation, adhering to compliance standards, and providing operational support with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and support onboarding, cash management, and account billing.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and internal teams for process improvements.
  • Assist in performance reports preparation and attend meetings when appropriate.
  • Manage administrative tasks including meeting set-up and travel arrangements.
  • Engage in training programs to stay current on policies and risk awareness.

Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required along with 2-4 years in financial services. SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 63/65 (or 66) must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Benefits & Salary

The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $77,200 to $95,400 USD, discretionary bonuses, commission opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, and more.
